Our commitment

We are committed to making this website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Accessibility in our courses

Every course runs in a responsive layout that adapts to your screen, and includes:

• optional narration, for anyone who prefers to listen or finds reading on screen difficult
• verbatim captions on every video
• keyboard navigation
• colour contrast of at least 4.5:1
• support for the reduced-motion setting on your device

Reporting a problem

If any part of this site or one of our courses is hard to use, email hello@businesstechnologytraining.com. Tell us the page or course and what happened. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to fix the problem within 30 days.
