Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward, per learner and per course, with the rate coming down the more learners you licence.
How it works
Every course is licensed per learner, per course, for 12 months on your own LMS. You get one SCORM package per course, and completions and scores report straight back to your system.
Base prices
Our foundation courses (the 101s, about 90 minutes) are £30 per learner. Our role courses (about 45 minutes) are £20 per learner.
Volume discounts
Discounts are worked out on the total number of learner places in your order, across courses at the same price.

A few worked examples
- 25 learners on one foundation course: 25 × £30 = £750. That is the 25 to 49 band, 20% off, so £600.
- 50 learners on one foundation course and one role course: £1,500 for the foundation course and £1,000 for the role course, both in the 50 to 99 band at 30% off, so £1,050 and £700, £1,750 all in.
- 120 learners on a foundation course and two role courses: £3,600 for the foundation course, in the 100 to 249 band at 37.5% off, so £2,250. The two role courses are priced the same, so their learner places combine: 120 learners across 2 courses is 240 learner places at £20, £4,800, also in the 100 to 249 band at 37.5% off, so £3,000. £5,250 all in.

What every licence includes
Every licence includes the SCORM package, 12 months' use for the learners you buy for, and the free sample package to try before you buy. If it does not run in your SCORM 1.2 LMS and we cannot fix it within 30 days, we will refund you in full. Prices exclude VAT, and we invoice on approval.
Bespoke courses
If you need a course built from your own material rather than our library, pricing is different: a one-off fee, not a per-learner licence. Bespoke courses start from £1,950. See our bespoke e-learning page for the full price list.
