What you get

Built to the same standard as our course library: SCORM 1.2 packages that run in any LMS, assessed units with quizzes, narration and captions on every screen, and formative interactions throughout. Choose a course of up to 45 minutes or up to 90 minutes, depending on how much ground you need to cover.

How it works

1. You send your documents. Your process documents, policies or internal material, in whatever format you already have them.
2. A short scoping call. We agree who the learners are, what they must be able to do afterwards, and who at your organisation signs off accuracy.
3. We build it. Your material becomes an assessed course, built to the same standard as our course library.
4. Your subject expert reviews and signs it off. Nothing ships until someone who knows your material confirms it is right.

Pricing

All prices exclude VAT, in line with our standard pricing.

• Programme of three courses: from £8,950
• Content Care, per course, per year: £390 (45 minute course) or £690 (90 minute course). Two scheduled refreshes a year against your updated documents, a fresh SCORM package each time. We keep your source documents on file for updates.
• Every course includes one free correction round within 60 days of delivery.

"From" covers courses built from unusually large amounts of source material; we will always confirm the price before we start.

What you own

A one-off fee, and the course is yours to keep and use forever, for as many learners as you like, with no per-learner fees.

Why it costs a fraction of the usual price

We use AI to accelerate production, which is why a bespoke course costs thousands of pounds rather than tens of thousands. AI does not decide what goes in your course: a person builds the structure, checks every fact against your own material, and nothing ships without your subject expert's sign-off. That answers the two worries most buyers raise first. Inaccuracy: your course is checked against your documents by a person, not generated and left unread. Generic filler: your course is built from your material, so it reads like your organisation, not a template with your logo on it.

Real Projects' UK pricing guide (June 2026) puts custom e-learning at £5,000 to £10,000 per finished hour for basic courses, and £10,000 to £20,000 for moderately interactive ones. Our prices are a fraction of typical agency pricing, with the price on the page rather than a quote you have to ask for.

Your documents

Your documents are used only to build your course. Before we start work, we set the AI services we use so they do not train on your material. We delete your source documents once you sign the course off, unless you are on Content Care and ask us to keep them. We will sign a data processing agreement on request.
