The same session, repeated by a busy manager every time someone new joins. It takes them away from their own work, and what a new starter hears depends on who delivers it and how much time they have that week.
One course, every new starter, every time
Your induction becomes a single assessed SCORM course: consistent for every new starter, completed in their first week, with completions reported straight back to your LMS so you always know who has done it. Built to the same standard as our course library, SCORM 1.2, assessed units with quizzes, narration and captions on every screen. Your own team reviews it against your material and signs it off before it goes live, the same as every bespoke course.
Pricing
The same as our bespoke courses generally: from £1,950 for a course of up to 45 minutes, or from £3,450 for up to 90 minutes. All prices exclude VAT. It's a one-off fee, and the course is yours to keep and use forever, for as many learners as you like, with no per-learner fees.
Your documents
Your documents are used only to build your course. Before we start work, we set the AI services we use so they do not train on your material. We delete your source documents once you sign the course off, unless you are on Content Care and ask us to keep them. We will sign a data processing agreement on request.
Questions
Can this replace our induction day entirely?
Most organisations use it alongside a shorter in-person welcome, covering the knowledge and policy content that used to take up most of the session, so the time your new starters spend with a manager can go on the things a course cannot do.
