What your team will learn
Upon course completion, employees will gain a full and clear understanding of:
- Why executives and board members are the highest-value impersonation target, not just a high-value fraud target
- Why "spotting" a good deepfake is not a reliable defence, and why process matters more than instinct
- Practical verification habits, a callback, a second approver, a code word, that defeat impersonation regardless of how convincing it is
- How to set a tone that invites your own team to question a request that looks like it came from you
- What a board should expect to see in the organisation's fraud resilience, and the right questions to ask management
- How to respond quickly and correctly when a fraud is suspected or confirmed, and where genuine reports now go
Who it is for
Written for executives and board. No technical background is needed, and nothing in it assumes a previous course.
This course from Blocknorth gives executives and board members a clear, practical understanding of fraud risk from a boardroom viewpoint. You are the person fraudsters most want to impersonate and the person who sets the tone for the whole organisation's fraud resilience: you will learn how deepfake impersonation actually works, how to make it safe for your own team to question a request that looks like it came from you, what good oversight looks like, and how to respond when it goes wrong.
