Course contents
4 units. Each ends with a 10-question quiz; 8 correct unlocks the next unit.
Understanding AI Governance for Content
What AI governance means for a marketing and content team, where generative AI already sits in daily copy, image, video and chatbot work, what can go wrong without governance, two real and well documented content and chatbot failures, the core principles of responsible AI applied to brand voice and audience trust, fairness and representation in AI generated images, and shadow AI in a content team.
The Rules and Frameworks
The single most relevant rule for content work: the EU AI Act's Article 50 disclosure duty, what it requires and precisely when it applies. The Digital Omnibus timeline in full, what was and was not delayed, the UK's non-statutory approach and the Advertising Standards Authority's existing disclosure expectations, the US picture, and the voluntary NIST and ISO frameworks.
AI Governance in Practice
Building disclosure into your content workflow, practical labelling of AI generated images, video and chatbots, intellectual property and copyright risk, fact-checking AI generated copy, vendor and tool due diligence, brand guidelines for AI use, confidentiality when handling customer data, and common myths worth retiring.
