The single most relevant rule for content work: the EU AI Act's Article 50 disclosure duty, what it requires and precisely when it applies. The Digital Omnibus timeline in full, what was and was not delayed, the UK's non-statutory approach and the Advertising Standards Authority's existing disclosure expectations, the US picture, and the voluntary NIST and ISO frameworks.
