What your team will learn
Upon course completion, employees will gain a full and clear understanding of:

- The current legal backdrop in plain terms, including where the law is settled and where it is still moving
- How to set clear ownership, expectations and budget for accessibility work in their area
- How to brief and question suppliers and vendors on accessibility, and hold them to account after signing
- How to build accessibility checks into procurement, hiring tools, product decisions and internal communications
- How to keep their knowledge current as standards and expectations evolve
Who it is for
Written for managers and leaders. No technical background is needed, and nothing in it assumes a previous course.
This course from Blocknorth teaches managers and leaders the business and legal case for digital accessibility, and how to set up governance, brief suppliers, and build it into everyday team decisions. Built for non-specialists who sponsor digital work and need to ask the right questions, not for those building the technical fixes themselves.
